Terms (launch)

Effective 29 August 2026. This is the public summary until counsel replaces it.

The product is the remote MCP tool evaluate_webmcp at https://mcp.webmcp-eval.com/mcp.
You pay $2.00 USD per successful full evaluation. The $25 starter pack prepaid-credits that tariff. Failed scrapes and protocol handshake calls are not billed as full evals.
You must only submit HTTPS URLs you are allowed to have fetched. No credentials in the URL. No loopback, RFC1918, or file URLs.
Page HTML and the submitted URL may be processed by our subprocessor (Firecrawl) and by a hosted inference API in the United States so we can audit WebMCP surfaces and propose tools. We do not keep a first-party history of the URLs you evaluate — only the prepaid balance and the time of the last debit or reload. If you need an audit log for client billing, say so; that will be an opt-in setting, off by default.
Results are advisory. We do not execute page tools. Capability none means this engine did not observe a WebMCP runtime — not that your site is broken.
Keys (usr_live_) are secrets. We may revoke abuse. Auto-reload, when enabled, charges another $25 when balance is under $5, with a $100 daily cap, and only if a payment method is on file.
No warranty that connectors, models, or third-party scrapers remain available.
